What a year!  It’s hard to believe Weun Academy was launched not even two months ago, and my next D’mok Revival Expanded Universe novel will be out in weeks! Let’s dive right into the rest!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAMPUS MAP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Big news for Weun Academy<\/em> fans!  Matt, who also did the amazing cover, put together an official no-spoiler campus map<\/strong>! We thought it would be great addition so all Weun Academy’s students<\/em> could get around easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW DO YOU SAY THAT?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okay, I\u2019ll be honest\u2014I know the character names are pretty \u201cunique.\u201d People ask all the time, \u201cHow do you pronounce that?\u201d My first response is always: \u201cHow do YOU<\/em> pronounce it?\u201d  It\u2019s okay<\/strong> if you have your own way to say it. I actually appreciate people creating their version of this universe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That said, if you really want to know how I<\/strong> do it, I\u2019m planning to release a pronunciation guide in January on http:\/\/www.dmokrevival.com<\/a>, under the Weun Academy<\/em> book.  I\u2019ll provide a link the next newsletter too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WEUN ACADMEY NEXT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are some truly voracious readers who love Weun Academy<\/em>! Despite the heft of the first 145,000-word book, I\u2019m already being asked: \u201cWhat\u2019s next?\u201d And more importantly: \u201cWhen\u2019s it coming out?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m humbled and incredibly thankful for your excitement!  I\u2019m already fifteen chapters into the next Weun Academy work. It currently picks up the moment The Shadow Maker ends<\/strong> (literally).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally, I thought it may be a connective novelette that would lead into the second full novel\u2014but it\u2019s starting to feel more like the second novel itself. TBD! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t have a specific timeframe on it, but I would like to get out at least one major book per year<\/strong>.  Maybe by this time in 2026? Maybe\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TORIKO TALES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the tail of Weun Academy <\/em>is my next major book Toriko Tales: Toriko vs The Crowned Paw<\/em>!  http:\/\/www.torikotales.com<\/a> for lots of details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s tonally very different\u2014though still part of the D\u2019mok Revival literary universe. The story centers on Toriko, who has been a part of my scifi series since book one, and takes her back to her homeworld Tericn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since they\u2019re cat people, there\u2019s plenty of cat puns to keep the mood lighter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, I won\u2019t sugarcoat it! At its heart, Toriko Tales is a story about AI ethics (or the lack thereof), betrayal, deception, and dark family secrets. If Weun Academy<\/em> kept you guessing, just wait and see what happens in this one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
